Written report including photos of your property, planning, diagnosis, recommendations, colour schemes & prices. List of
tradesmen and suppliers if required.

De-cluttering / Un-packing

Property Styling is ideal for clients who often have good ideas and a sense of style,
but lack the time and level of experience to develop their homes potential. From a simple room scheme to
very complex refurbishment, research, planning and design this can all be taken care of.
Initial consultation to view your chosen space, discuss requirements/budget, make initial suggestions and assess how much
involvement you need from us.
Fee: 100€ (90 min)
Styling/design including site visits, design suggestions and samples, research, shopping, receiving and arranging.
Fee: 25€ per hour
Design packages, supply and project management can all be undertaken by First Impressions. We will negotiate the best trade prices on your behalf for any furniture, furnishings or work to be carried out by local craftsmen. If commissioned, we will work on your behalf to see the project through from start to finish. Appoint contractors, co-ordinate hand-over and resolve any snagging issues.
In order to keep your costing competitive we do not receive any commission ourselves from tradesmen or suppliers but negotiate on your behalf to make this service extremely good value.
Fee: 10% of overall costs
